Possibly, but when I let them out, I monitor them, & make sure no predators get them, & make sure they don't eat anything weird. Guessing they were sneaky, & I didn't see it.

There was a couple times I had eggs that tasted like sour milk, & a couple of times I had eggs that tasted like plastic. I have not figured out what my birds ate that made their eggs taste like that. The taste lingered in my mouth for a little over 30mins.
