    Either way, but it would be cheaper to do it at home. If you believe a vet is necessary, then that's fine too.

    That's the Hock/Ankle. If it's broke above the joint, then it needs a splint. I believe the leg would still have to be immobilized for the break to heal properly though.

    A break in the femur. It'll have to be mended, if it's not aligned, splinted/immobilized, to make sure it heals properly.
