Do I need bring her to a vet to have this done? Or can I do this at home?

That's a really hard bone to splint properly, and splinting it incorrectly will cause more harm than good. If a vet is an option, that's what you should do.

thanks you all for ur help. Our closest vet is LSU vet school. And they really expensive this late. So we gunna go see a different one tomorrow. But I did splent her and have her set up in the chicken hospital.
