@darkbluespace I love the Show Girls, but husband said they look too "weird". He also said the same about Frizzles. He doesn't know that there were a couple of each in the pens I got the eggs from. If they hatch I'm just going to be like "Wow! How did THAT get in there?" ;)

The egg was a shipped egg (one of 12) from eBay. It took 5 days and the weather is very hot, so I didn't have a lot of hope for it. I have it on lockdown today, stopped turning it, have it upright in an egg carton, temp 100, humidity is 60-70%. Not seeing any movement at all. Pretty sure this...

It has been about 2 days looking like that. The humidity has been around 40-50% and the temp 100-101 in a forced air Incubator. Tomorrow is day 18.

I have read so many different things! I have the still-air Little Giant, so from what people have told me, I need to instal a fan and turner before the eggs get here too! Where's the article about shipped eggs? I need all the help I can get. I have 5 Silkie bantam eggs and 5 Sermara eggs.

I have Silkie eggs coming from e-bay this week too. They're my first Silkies and my first time attempting to hatch. I hope I have a positive experience!
