I gues it would depend on who you ordered from...what their policy is...and exactly what you ordered.
If they are straight run...it's kind of whatever they pick up and pack...no sexing is done.
I was worried about that too! Out of my five...the SLW is the roo. I worried that he would 'enjoy' the four little girls too much....but they seem to be fine and they are over 6mos old. I'd really worry with two roos!
I think 3 and four are roos....the others look like ladies..
In the first pic..it looks like the two on the left are ladies and the two on the right are gents...

The easiest way for me to tell with mine was to watch as they grew...the males seemed to not have tail feathers while the femailes tail feathers popped right up..my males almost looked rumpless.
At 23 weeks I would think you should be able to tell from their feathers.
