    We just sent out the newsletter with a link to the contests. Once we feel like the members that will want to enter the contest have entered the contest, and we have "enough" submissions (no idea what that number is) then we'll announce an end date.

    Yup, a combo of both, but a bit more on the quality of the picture and how well it displays the comb.

    That should be okay, especially if they are "common" mixes, but I think there may tend to be preferencial treatment to pure breeds.

    Great question: Answer is yes you can. Just keep in mind that since you may not be able to get as close up with as much detail on two heads at once, it may not show as well.
