In the rules: Private messages via our forum can not be accessed by other members or the moderators. The administrator may review private messages if problems arise (for example, if members are reported as spamming via PM's) I guess this shows how many people actually read the rules.

Actually, I'm pretty much the only one that can "read" them and it requires me to access the DB directly, so it is a big pain. I never read PM's unless there is a legitimate reason to do so, for example: Someone sends a PM that they are being harassed via PM by another member, etc.
