Great news! I was asked to make a dish for the teacher's appreciation luncheon at my kids's school tomorrow and I plan on making a couple of duck egg quiches. I think I'll do a ham/broccoli/swiss and a tomato/cheddar. I can't think of a way that I don't like to cook duck eggs! I like them...
