I answered my own question last night when I baked up 2 quiches using only my duck eggs. They were GREAT!!! Duck egg quiche a new favorite in our home.
p.s I knew I was on the right track when I told the kids to put the leftovers in the fridge and they said, "What leftovers?"

Great news!

I was asked to make a dish for the teacher's appreciation luncheon at my kids's school tomorrow and I plan on making a couple of duck egg quiches. I think I'll do a ham/broccoli/swiss and a tomato/cheddar.

I can't think of a way that I don't like to cook duck eggs! I like them fried, scrambled, devilled, and of course in baked goods. Duck eggs rock!
