(fwiw, I have been, briefly, a professional illustrator for a short period - just about intermediate skill level, AI is just a shortcut to me. Sometimes I finish off pieces in Photoshop digitally)

Ohh okay, AI is getting pretty good, isn't it? Being a professional traditional artist I am kind of afraid of AI. It's taking over art in stores like Amazon, etc.

I don't think AI will *ever* replace people for any reason. AI is just mimicking what humans already do. It's a tool like any other. People were unsure and didn't like tablets and CorelDraw for the very same reasons 20 years ago.

Traditional art, done by hand, will *always* and forever be the true human medium. I am not worried about AI taking anything away from what we can achieve. Just my opinion!
