Stickies don't have to be locked. It would be a very long thread with a note for each breed. The "states" thread actually has an index in the thread. That would be brilliant for a sticky about meat qualities.

I think it is a lovely idea and if the Mods decide to do it, I volunteer to do the write-up on Pekin ducks. I'm not sure it would actually do any good. Judging by the way people ask a question that has already been asked 3 times on the first page, I'm going to guess that people don't even read...
