    Call the local police department non-emergency number. They will figure out a place. Rescues may be full, but there ARE other options. If the dog is as emaciated as the one in this thread, something will be done.

    This has gone on too long. PM one of us adults the county you live in and we will figure the rest out and get that poor dog the help he needs. This is unacceptable. Calling once a day is unacceptable. Blow that line up until something is done.
