State regulations might, but I have never shipped live fowl before. Good luck.

I should add that some states require NPIP to ship birds. I am not sure on other states regulations. My flock isn't certified, except for the eggs I have in the incubator.

Don't mean to jump in, but some states require your birds are NPIP.
