If their only "symptom" is pale combs and wattles, then i agree with acdoc; they simply haven't matured yet.
Of course, it's always good to check for lice and mites, and now might be a good time to worm them if you're going to, but i wouldn't say that the pink faces, etc., is a sign of illness...
