    What am I doing wrong?????

Good luck! The only other thing I can think of is if your turner isn't operating properly. The eggs really need to be turned 180 degrees three times a day at least for proper vascularization to develop. I would check that too. I hope you can hatch some chicks!

    What am I doing wrong?????

I wonder if the humidity is a bit too high. How did the eggs look when you candled them? Did they look like this? Or were the air cells larger or smaller? Have you calibrated your hygrometer to make sure it's accurate?

    What am I doing wrong?????

That's a little high but not horribly so. 37.5 is about where it should be if it's forced air. If you're doing still air you're actually a little low and need it to be at about 38.6. I doubt it's the temperature though. What is the humidity? I suspect you have a humidity issue.

What temperature and humidity are you keeping the incubator at? What kind of incubator are you using?
