Yes, I have 3 of them that look like that.

That will be up to the judges but I am sure that all of the entries will be treated fairly. It's hard to see but it looks like that little quail has a whole head full of pin feathers.

Now that is a hard molt. Memphis would have loved it.

I've never seen a guinea have a hard molt.

That's about the scruffiest looking guinea I have seen that wasn't attributable to feather pulling.

I always notice the guineas when they have their post molt feathers but I have never noticed the guineas actually molting.

All of mine appear to be doing a soft molt.
