Update on the weird egg: Haven't had any more and have had two normal eggs since. Lash egg was all I could come up with, but she seems fine now :D

One of my girls had something "pop" out, it was long and thin about the size of my thumb with pale yellow stuff oozing from it. Was concerned, thought she might be egg bound and followed all the advice I found posted. Well, she seemed fine, went back out to the coop two days ago...no eggs...
