    They would be “blended”. That is, if the rooster had two copies of the dominant white gene. Assuming that’s the case, the offspring would basically look like red pyle silkies. With smooth feathers they would look red pyle wyandottes (not to be confused with buff laced wyandottes).

    That wouldn’t be possible with recessive white, but it would be with dominant white. If that’s the case, his offspring would be white and/or mostly white with varying amounts of red leakage.

    White silkies are usually recessive white. Red sex links (isa browns) are usually red columbian with a single copy of dominant white. I’m going to assume that your white silkie has partridge or black under the recessive white, which is most common, but certainly not the only two possibilities...
