Average 0-4 from 23. The pullets are over 5 months old, but no one lays.

8/14, not including the broodies otherwise it's 8/18 1 broody with 5 chicks 1 broody with 8 (9?) chicks 1 broody on 9 eggs 1 almost-broody having fits so far

8, I think/18 I have 4 broodies, so not getting eggs from them, of course. Lookit!

I stopped counting. Hens are sitting everywhere on I think 11, 7, 11, 12...probably some I haven't found yet.

I have no idea. I keep finding hidden stashes all over the yard. Probably end up with lots of this...

Could I mix the oyster shell in with the crushed eggshell dish? 9/19 / Out of 21 hens, 1 is broody and the other is very sick

7 so far. Where does a question about eggshells go? Someone has laid a soft-shelled egg three days in a row, and the hens are eating them. (i find leftover telltale soft shell bits) They have a dish of crushed dried eggshells for calcium. What's up?

I bought a breeding <-----(yeah, right) trio. 2 hens, the rooster. I was just getting started. 11/21 counted my hens. there are 21. 20 standard, 1 bantam

Well, I was gonna try hatching some cream legbars, but it turns out, my rooster is sterile. Person who sold/sent him to me didn't tell me he was frostbitten, and stupid me forgot to ask to see a picture. 8/21 so far today
