Personally I don't care if the dog is a seeing eye dog or not or if it's the first time the dog has attacked chickens...I will shoot it if it's caught attacking my chickens. Sorry but it's not right for any dog to destroy my property (and pet chickens). I'm sure dog owners would feel the same...
