On the PBS cooking shows, the cook always plates the food, then sits down and eats, either by him/herself or with a friend(s), family, etc. Martha Stewart with her baking show is the stingiest. She gives her guests a tiny bite, not a whole piece of cake, lol.

No tours due to biosecurity, there are viewing windows in the store area but you can't see the incubators or anything good. But their website has all kinds of videos of the inner sanctum. It was a long long drive and I was up half the night checking on them, it's kinda like I have a new baby...

I am not a wine connoisseur....I buy it for the rooster label too, lol. They have several varieties, reds and whites, there's even a blend called Free Range Red....
Btw, I'm not using it in my photos. I have some small s&p shakers that fit in the frame better...
