Well out of 16 i got 6 :( but thats ok. About 7 of the ones that didnt hatch i opened and found only yolk. On the last 3 they were at the end and looked like they should've hatched but not sure why. I hate to think I did it by turning off the bator too soon.

Its one that shows temperature and humidity. Not sure of the brand. But i also used a thermometer stuck through the side and it read the same. Just had a true ameraucana hatch! That makes 4 so far.

Yes i have read that about temps. It never got over 100 and stayed at 99 almost the whole time.

I'm not sure why 3 hatched already. They are EE's and cute! Tonight was the original lockdown. I've got an olive egger moving and a true ameraucana wiggling too! I will post pics soon was they are dry and fluffy.

Everybody wake up!! I woke up this morning and heard little peeps coming from my incubator. I looked inside and saw one egg had a zip or pip or whatever its called, a crack. Well they are on edge lol. I woke up this morning and the house was cool. I checked on the eggs and the temp was 97! So I turned heat on in the house and wrapped the side s of bator with towels . I candle tonight and can see life in one of my white shelled eggs but just a black shadow in...

They are due to hatch next Saturday!

Note to self, next time don't set so many dark eggs! I can't see diddly out of them to see if they are even growing.

Yes instead of circles and x's my girls wanted hearts and stars on them lol. I have more light brown eggs that I can make out some veins and this morning I saw movement in them! But I can't see squat through my green and dark brown eggs. Here's my collection.

Day 5 and I candled the eggs. I see veining in 3 or 4 but can't see anything because of the shells of the olive eggers and the blue ameraucana eggs :-( . No light could get through.
