    Yes, sadly a vet is not available. We separated her from the rest of the flock just in case anything spreads as well.

    Thank you for the help! I just noticed yesterday. I don't think that it has been there for very long I go down to the chicken coop everyday for a long time and yesterday was the first time I've seen it.

    @Kiki No a vet is not an option. Well, yes we let one of our broody hen hatch some chicks last month but, I don't think that they are the cause. And this is the fist time. I've never had this in my flock. Never seen anything close to this before.

    She is acting normal no suspicious behaviour. I've only noticed that bump on her face. Yes, I've heard of fowlpox but, I don't think that this is it.... she doesn't have any scabs, and she is still laying daily . :confused:

    Yesterday I noticed this bump on my chickens face. I did some research but I couldn't seem to find much. Is everything okay with her? Is this a normal thing in chickens? I am sorry the picture is not the best quality.
