Not having much luck getting Brabanters from anyone other than a hatchery. Just placed my order with Ideal, they are waitlisted but still available. Shipping in May :( If I can find something better I'll incorporate them, but I know I'll get some!
If you like Brabanters get them. They are good white egg layers and you can always sell laying hens. As you can tell from trying to get some they are hard to find which makes them a rare breed and people will pay more for a rare breed. Good luck!
That chick is growing a crest just a small one. I pushed back the crest on one my other birds and she had an even bigger set of horns. Doubtful that I got two roos probably doesn't mean anything about sex.
