Right?! :gig I noticed Malibu, my oldest hen, looking a little ragged this morning. Not sure is she is going to molt again, or if the boys are too frisky. The younger boys were double-teaming one of the twins. I knocked them off her. I haven't gotten an egg in the last couple of weeks either.

Thanks for the update!! I can’t tell much from the pics, is it a spot that he chews on excessively? Eggs... all of my females have laid their first egg between 20-22 weeks. One adult now only laid one egg the day she turned 20 weeks, and hasn’t laid another (that I can definitely be sure is...

Thanks. I kept expecting him to try to support the bobbles with a wing, ya know? But he didn’t.

Very odd. Does he flap his wings? It’s almost like they are pinned to his body and he is trying to stretch them and can’t. Can you extend his wings out completely?

Somewhere I remember reading a way to re-stimulate the oil gland (may have been for chickens), but I think a molt will do them the most good. Too bad we can't control when that happens lol I'm so glad you rescued them from such horrible conditions though. I wouldn't let them out with the...
