I’d also say yes.
I’d take the eggs out and snuggle them in a bowl/container padded with a towel, with separation between eggs so they don’t bang together. Cover the eggs, but 15-20 minutes will be comparable to mom getting off the eggs each day, so no problem there.

I like to wait till the first one or two are mostly dry, and move the first 2 (or how ever many are ready) to the brooder. If several are hatching, I will move babies whenever there is a lull in the action. They will dry in the brooder too, so it’s just whenever is convenient.
