I would be concerned it wasn't tall enough, plus its big enough for them to get there hooves in to climb. Possibly big enough for a Nigerian dwarf to get its head through close to the top as well. It may work though, you never know, I just know that my goat would lol! Maybe electric wire as well...

Nigerian Dwarfs alongwith Pigmes are master escapers. Make sure the fence is small enough so they can't climb it, or at least tall enough they can't climb it if you don't have small enough wire. Assuming by how far apart you meant how far apart each pole or post is, correct?

Mine are about 6ft apart, thats a guess. I can't remember the exact measurements. 6ft should work. What breeds are you getting?
