I used a live trap to catch Aspen. Bait it with carrots, Aspen was in it in only a couple of hours. Just make sure you check it very often, and don't leave it out overnight. We hid the trap in a hole in a wood pile where she was hiding. This helped a lot so the trap wasn't out in the open...
