I would not feed it chick starter, or layer mash. It’s not going to have enough niacin in it. I recommend ordering a duckling feed like the one Phantom mentioned which would be perfect for it. Or if you can’t find duck specific feed, purchase some flock raiser crumbles. They have that stuff...

Do you have a brooder for it? Heat lamp, mama heating pad, or eco glow ect?

Brood it similar to normal ducklings but it’ll need a friend and you should feed it waterfowl crumble or flock raiser.

Well there may be individuals wildlife rehabilitators closer. I’m not sure what the laws are but it may be illegal to raise.
