    I would clean her eye with saline. I'm sorry you're having so much trouble. There's not a lot that you can give unless you have antibiotics to see if that helps treat symptoms. Medication can help, but it isn't a cure where respiratory disease is involved.

    They have roundworms too? Can you get a de-wormer like Flubendazole to treat them? Fenbendazole or Albendazole are a couple of other de-wormers you can use. I don't know what you have available or can get in your location, but getting rid of the worms is a good idea.

    What did the vet give you to spray in the coop? Do you remember the name? When you look inside the beak see if there's any white or yellow spots in the roof of the beak, sides and in the throat.

    Look inside their beaks for obstruction, lesions or canker. I would go out early before school and check to see if the crops are empty before they eat/drink - you can probably gauge it well enough. That's more of cough/sneeze type of thing. It looks like she has a bit of facial swelling...

    Please get a video of them or take some photos of the nostrils so we can see what you are talking about. Have you checked both hens to make sure their crops are emptying overnight?
