    I would apply a protectant to the skin. Hen healer, Nu Stock or a similar product will work well. White poo is Urates so it will burn the skin.

    Is she laying eggs? Is her bottom a little swollen? A current closer up photo may help too. You may need to trim feathers and apply a skin protectant to the exposed skin. Not sure if you have Hen Healer. You could use Nu Stock as well.

    What was the cause of her infection? Has that cleared up? I would try giving her some probiotics as well. You can use purchased probiotics that go in the water, give a little yogurt daily or buttermilk with a bit of white cooked rice.

    Can you take a poop sample to your vet to see if worms might be an issue?

    What's her crop like? Have you been applying the cream topically or giving it to her orally?
