So is this enough protein for them?

This is the feed we are using, not actually sure if it is corn feed. I assumed it was because my brother came over and told me that it smells like corn:lol:

Is it possible that they are hot? I tried to give them water, but they wouldn't drink it. Edit-Maybe it is because it was in a different container than usual.

They do it like once every 5 minutes for about 30 seconds. I will send a video tomorrow.

I have noticed that my chickens are opening their mouths frequently. Can somebody tell me if this is normal, or something is wrong?
