OP was just concerned that they overdosed it because they used safeguard with the dosing instructions from some other wormer. Nothing negative about safeguard at all. It's repped a lot in this thread actually and I'll be buying it soon. Haha.

Okay gunna do safeguard on just the peachicks and make sure to clean their pen well before letting them out to see everyone else. :) no eggs so no egg withdrawal!

Highly recommend. Hold critter with legs, have both hands free. Works for small mammals as well.

AFAIK only in the two peachicks that were hatched elsewhere and they have been kept separately so far. Treating two birds seems reasonable.

I dont know but they come out of dogs if they have worms.

I assume the different formulations are just different % of the active ingredient so the dosage volume changes.

I dont see a good way to give a worm medicine that cant be put in water though. Horse you inject into their mouth and dog you put in a good snack... how do you feed it to a chicken?

Is there a reason people tend to use goat safeguard over horse or dog?

Coooool. I have no idea why the two other peachicks didnt get sick then. What do you recommend for those worms?

I know very little about worming to be honest, but I dont see worms in poop so I assume I'm doing okay.

The peachicks came from someone elses farm and I should have wormed them sooner.

Infrequently. I'm bad at that. 2 of my peachicks died of histomoniasis so I wormed everyone and the other 2 peachicks passed a ton of worms & then were okay. I didn't see any worms come out of the chickens though, so I suspect they're fine. I should worm the peachicks again though. No egg...
