My first Fox attack that ended in a kill

I couldn't even imagine living in Canada with all their gun control BS, it is hard to believe a country as desolate as Canada having such laws. I don't even want to go there on a fishing trip for that reason. I won't go anywhere I can't have a gun for protection from wildlife when I am in the...

My first Fox attack that ended in a kill

The elite political class in this country beileves they are the only ones entitled to firearm ownership, they want to disarm us "stupid common folk" all while they will still have their concealed weapons and armed bodyguards for protection. It is much the same as when they pass ridiculous...

My first Fox attack that ended in a kill

I think a fox which has been caught in a box trap once and released will maybe not go in another trap ever again.

I haven't ever heard of harming a well from composting manure either. Shallow well or drilled well. That is strange to me.

My first Fox attack that ended in a kill

I haven't heard of female dogs not listening to female people but it would explain why my dog rarely listens to my wife yet listens well to me, I just attributed it to her being my dog and spending more time with her. We have a teddy bear dog named Jasper as well he doesn't listen to me at all...

Hearding dogs aren't hunting dogs, yes they may be smart as dogs go and can be taught many things but those they will naturally excel at are those which are a product of hundreds of years of instinct and selective breeding, that is why they are good heard dogs watch dogs, protectors, that is...

My first Fox attack that ended in a kill

My dog is a German Wirehaired Pointer or GWP, she isn't crazy at all, I know what you are describing though, many of the bird dog breeds are pretty nuts especially at young age, I have found the GWP to be overall a calmer dog than the German Shorthaired Pointer or GSP, it shows in its hunting as...

My first Fox attack that ended in a kill

I have a German Wirehaired Pointer she wont roam out of the yard or chase people/vehicles. She is a great grouse dog and will go after any wild animal around the property. She wouldn't be good for an actual coon hunt though, fighting coon in the yard she'd do but not a hunt, the bird dogs...

I don't generally clean my 10/22 either an have only had problems when using aftermarket magazines. The Ruger is far more reliable than the Remington 22s I've had, however the 10/22 mag they had for awhile was taken out of production for reliability issues.

Those tbolts are nice looking guns, my buddy has a old one in a 22 mag, do you have the sporter or heavy barrel? I have been considering one but don't know if I can justify the Browning price on a rimfire rifle. I agree on the 597 not being reliable I have not had luck with any Remington...
