I would say its a hen. But I don't have experiance with dilute/fawn colors of coturnix. If you look at her chest you can see spotting not clear/oringish coloring. Spotting singnifies hens,if you are still unsure you can wait till she's mature (looks like she already is) and cage her seperetly...

Hi I resently hatched some quail chicks and all parents are Italian , who knows how many generations back!!! But I got one with vary vary few markings and more of a solidish gold... At least compared to her siblings...
