That's a brown Leghorn pullet. 100% sure. Males can't have that color pattern, ever. OH, and Leghorns are known for BIG combs, even on females.

At 18 weeks, I'd think it would be obvious to an experienced eye whether you have a pullet or cockerel. Post a photo and I'm sure you'll get your answer.
