Chicklets: EEs and Silkie/EE crosses ***PIC HEAVY*** New Pics Page 2!!

That silkie mix makes some really pretty chicks doesn't it? We put Little spike in the big coop with the rest of her kind. Now she is begging me to put her back with Turbo. Apparently she preferred her own pen with one roo instead of sharing with 20. Can't say as I blame her but when I go in...

The CS i'm going to I saw that there are many Orphingtons posted that people want to sell or trade. If your interested I can find out for you what they want and get them for you. I think i'm just gonna go with the pair I have. I may get 1 more but I doubt it. If I did it would be a lavender...

Quote: Aww how cute. I started feeding a divverent brand of chick starter and they are really growing now. It's Dumar. We figured compared to driving to Martin to Rural King to Union City to TSC. We actually save money just from the gas. Although the Dumar costs a little more than a buck...

Those kittens are like that. They are so friendly. When they play they don't even put out their claws. They jump in Tippy's pen and let him do what ever and when they get tired of it they just jump right out. They want to be house cats but I say no. I"m not fond of having the litter box issue.

How are the boys doing? I put George in the pen with the silkies and they beat him up. Poor fella. I brought him in to cuddle hoping to make up for putting him in that situation and he stayed the night in the kitchen perched on the aquarium stand. He was so good. And Tippy didn't even...

Quote: Are you planning on keeping the Orphingtons? If not and they are pullets I may be interested. That is if your close enough for a drive. I have 1 blue pullet and i'm getting a black cockerel. It would be nice to have another girl or two for him.

Quote: Aww how cute. Too bad they all didn't hatch. You got a good bit though. Just think what would have happened if they had been shipped. That last pic, was that Lucky Ducks egg? If so the Roo's genes are showing strong in it. Lucky Duck has always been all the roos favorite for some...

I always have a hard time with names. I once had a Spike, Little Spike and Spike Jr. I still have the first two. The JR was mixed so I took her to auction. I also have Fiona and little fiona. I have 2 more I need to name but they look like twins so I can't tell them apart. Then i've got...

That last one is one of Lucky Ducks I bet. Looks just like the ones I got from her. How many did you get in all. You should name the one playing dead possum. Just give me a call when your ready for that cockerel. He's just hanging out with the chicks.
