Do you have to be NPIP to bring eggs to sell?

I know this is a little OT but since there are so many silkie people on here....I have this buff silkie pullet just about 3mos old. She is much smaller than all the other silkies that I have. She looks good (came from Bobbi Porto's 'Tater') Is it a good thing if they are small or does it matter?

Thank you sugar sand! It is gonna be a 5 1/2 hr drive for us but I'd still like to go just for the day, even if I'm not showing anything lol. I am looking for a Lavender Orp roo if anyone is culling one or maybe even lav orp eggs. I would also like to find some lavender LF ameraucanas if anyone...

I am thinking of driving up just for one day. Would it be better to come Saturday or Sunday? I'm thinking Saturday but not sure?

I am hoping I can go I think it is only about 5 1/2 hour drive from me. Hopefully dh has that weekend off. I want to see the Marans.
