still hesitant on doing the earlobes and wattles i'm so afraid that im going to do it wrong and kill him

my boys ready to be dubbed but its been none stop raining (finally stopped) and its very muddy and now i'm waiting for the mud to dry up. im also going to get a better pair of scissors than what i have (they arent really that sharp).

how do you dub the ear lobes? also for the wattles do you slightly pull down on them and then cut?

i have never dubbed before as mine is my first oegb and i am so worried i'm going to do something wrong he he will bleed to death and i dont know anyone around here that dubbes for clotting can flour be used to help clot the blood?
