    Rooster can't move, PLEASE HELP!

Depends on where you live, have a registered breeding facility or not, the regular backyard breeder doesn't have to go by laws like many of us do. However I would say 30 days at the least.

    Rooster can't move, PLEASE HELP!

When you get a new rooster I would advise that you keep it separate for at the least 15 days. You do not want to be spreading around diseases in your flock. Not really sure why you keep adding roosters in so quickly. When you buy a new one there should be quarantine in there. You need to keep it...

    Rooster can't move, PLEASE HELP!

Since molasses is made from brown sugar can't you mix a bit of brown sugar in water??? I know it's not exactly the same thing but still it may work. I always have molasses around where I make cookies with it, and baked beans.

    Rooster can't move, PLEASE HELP!

Normally as long as they are eating it means the issue is something other then the Mareks, however I saw someone post the other day that they can all of a sudden go from near death with that to eating and being fine???? But if he is eating and drinking then he most likely has a sprain or...

It could be from bullying. The bend where little mans issue was, was right where our kneee would be theirs is backwards. Rooster can't move, PLEASE HELP!

When I felt little mans it was in the joint where the bend of his leg is. However until when you can really find out I would keep him separate. Now if it is a break or something like that in the thigh area it would be best to cull, however if its in the bend of the leg and is a sprain then that...

    Rooster can't move, PLEASE HELP!

His leg could be in a lot of pain. That could be why his leg is shaking like that. Little man shook all over for the first week, then he stopped doing it. However I knew it was due to the pain and the vet said the same thing when he went to touch his leg and he started to shake.

    Rooster can't move, PLEASE HELP!

Give him chicken feed rather then grass. If he has got a sprained leg like little man had then he will keep himself going. make sure he doesn't have to stand up to get to the water. I used a chick waterer for little man feel his legs and look for hot spots. If it's hot any place either its a...

    Rooster can't move, PLEASE HELP!

Lately I don't have time for anything that gets sick. We put down a hen last week that had internal hatching. As much as we loved her we figured it was best to cull her and bury here rather then see her suffer. When I have one that comes down sick though with anything including a bad cold, they...
