Thanks, it hatched fully so we were able to pull the tray before any others pipped.

I must have miscounted days or i have a heat issue, but anyhow one of my ducklings is hatching. The egg is pipped, hole is about the size of a nickel and i can hear it chirping . I have disabled the turner but the eggs are all still in it. The eggs rest on their sides in this tray not on-end...
