I must have miscounted days or i have a heat issue, but anyhow one of my ducklings is hatching. The egg is pipped, hole is about the size of a nickel and i can hear it chirping . I have disabled the turner but the eggs are all still in it. The eggs rest on their sides in this tray not on-end (model is Janoel 12 incubator). Do I open the incubator quickly and remove the tray? Or let them hatch first? I'm worried about losing the pipped egg. But I don't want a duckling to be injured by trying to climb out of the tray or getting stuck. What to do? Thanks!
