    Thanks, everyone, about an hour ago #4 hatched and is doing well. I'm going to bed. Tomorrow morning will bring some more. So far there are two splash and one blue doing well. I expect this hatch to go on for maybe two more days. Hope I can get the color of blue that I want on TWO hens...

    #2 is out now. It might be a blue. Edit: I think it might have come out too soon, or something. It seems to still be attached to the yolk in the shell. It is out of the shell except its rear is still in the large, bottom part of the shell. I hope it survives, but it ain't lookin' good.

    One just now hatched. I'm pretty sure that it's a splash Orpington, but it might be a blue; it's still wet. There are eight more holes now.

    My pregnant incubator is in labor. This morning three eggs have little holes punched in the top. Watch for your cigar in the mail!
