k i got something, its the same height as the eggs while their on their sides, but once i put my big old thermometer/hergometer on top of it, its a good bit higher......ahhh i dont know

ok 3 AM and eggs just put in the bator!! just before i put them in we were at a steady 101.7 and 36% humidity....also i just realized that the little box that i put in the bator to put the thermometer on so that its the same height as the eggs...its the same height as the eggs vertically not...

ok well we've been at 101.7 and 36% humidity...what is ideal for humidity? ive heard several different things

ok in the last hour and a half my humidity has gone from 36% to 33% is this normal? also i cant find anything to get the water in through the whole in the top that will actually reach to the bottom and curve some to get into the canals...will it be ok if i open the bator (need be) to add water...

whats a Psittacine egg? whats the difference between that and a Ratite egg? i have rhode island red eggs...which one are they? im assuming the first one? im just trying to figure stuff out....like my eggs will lay horizantally in the incubator right? if so thatd make them the psittacine one

thanks...i wrote a little note on it..."upside down one" so that if it does or does not hatch i know which one....just for curiousity reasons

thanks a lot guys, ill check it out, but if u look at the pictures im pretty sure that theyre too cracked.....also what do i do about the one egg thats upside down?

thanks and one more thing...theyve been here since about 9am but i just now opened them to look....do i start the 12 hour thing at nine this morning or from when i opened them?

i took pictures of the two that are cracked...i think theyre bad....one of them is leaking so defnitely bad on that one, but the other one "looks" bad on one part, but i think it may be ok...ok well i just went and looked at it and on the part that looks the worse theres a teeny tiny little...

ok so i ordered 3 RIR eggs and got 9....2 are cracked (what do i do with them...throw them out? -- eat??) my POS incubator only holds 2 eggs, so im going to tractor supply now to get another incubator....how long do i let the eggs rest for?...im going to the bank and TSC be back in about an...
