I have the one about 1/2 that size. Mine works great. You have to hand turn. They hold heat much better than ANY sytrofoam bator. The wafer can be replaced if needed, and they hold humidity as well. I will be loading mine up in a few days, as my other two bators are full,, I set a bunch each...
