Sorry for the WAY late reply. The duck turned out ok! I just made sure there was plenty of clean water and the problem resolved. Now he has an eye injury 🤦🏼‍♀

I have noticed that he has been doing that more often lately. But it may have been that he was panting from hot weather, do ducks do that?

Should I be doing anything at this point? If this continues for another week or more, at that point should I treat for gape?
