We don't have a chicken vet. ... I'm keeping her quiet

I was just out with her and she keeps closing her eyes...... and she had a lot of dried blood on her bottom. When she poops there is blood and the others run right over and eat it. I put her in the messing box to relax but I think she isn't going to make it. .

This morning our chicken had a heavy pallet fall on her after it fell off of a bin. She got out on her own, and we didn't think it actually hit her. This afternoon my son went in to interact with them and noticed blood on her bum. Any advice?
