Is it a Cuckoo Maran or a Dominique? We received a Dominique cockerel. He is quite a calm, gentle bird!

We received a Dominique as our freebie in our late March order. He looked exactly like the BR/CM chicks that we had ordered. Well, I'm assuming it's a he. It is pretty ambiguous at this point.

So our chicks from MMM are three weeks old (yesterday) and I still can't figure out who or what the free chick is! It blends in with all the others . . .

We got our two orders yesterday. One of the free exotic chicks is a Buff Cochin and I'm not sure about the other, honestly! There are so many that look alike I haven't been able to distinguish the breeds yet.

Has anyone ever actually picked up locally from Murray McMurray? We're only about 150 miles from them :) Just wondering what your experience was. I would imagine it would be much less stressful than shipping.
