Yum! We made these tonight.. they actually were pretty good! The whole family like them and had seconds,..so i suggest giving them a try. :) 5 lbs potatoes, sliced and boiled. (we didnt boil them fully.. they still were a little bit firm.. because we didnt want them to overcook in the crockpot...
