Update! I took her to the vet a while ago, they trimmed the loose skin and gave her a bandage. They subscribed antibiotics and painkillers. Now she’s integrated in the flock and is fully healed, except for missing feathers on her neck. She’s massive already! Bigger than one of my standard hens...

So I took her to the vet, and there was a flap of muscle hanging off. She’s getting stitches in the morning. :(

She’s normal, eat a hard boiled egg, and is walking and flying.

Why isn’t anyone else responding?!?

She’s not in pain unless I touch it. She’s acting normal, foraging and eating.

So I went outside to check on my birds, and my chick, honey, had a mangled neck! She’s moving and talking, she seems ok, but bleeding neck feathers are hanging, but she isn’t freaked out. The only predators near me are dogs, (not one) cats, and hawks. Help!
